587 student bedrooms in 116 apartments, on the former John Player & Son site in Nottingham.

Student housing is usually built to one specification and one price. Here the bed configurations vary across the apartments, so the scheme holds a mix of household types rather than repeating a single unit across every floor. Communal space and landscaping run through the site.
